SYSTEMIC COACHING
The effective structure of systemic coaching has an individual course. Depending on the topics, personality and current situation, I guide you through the process at eye level and with individually selected tools and questioning techniques. Whether in your professional or private life, I support you in finding your individual form of expression and your very own, custom-fit and best solutions, always future- and solution-oriented.
Individual private coaching:
90 € / 60 minutes
Individual coaching for companies:
120 € / 60 minutes
The number of sessions depends on your topics, goals and needs. The length of the coaching is therefore individual.

AVGS COACHING
Are you registered with the german Jobcenter or "Agentur für Arbeit" or will you be in the foreseeable future?
Use the period of unemployment as an opportunity for reorientation and reflection, for change and new perspectives.
It is possible to have 100% of the costs covered by your local employment office.

MEDIATION
Legal definition Mediation:
"Mediation is a confidential and structured process in which parties, with the help of one or more mediators, voluntarily and on their own responsibility seek an amicable settlement of their conflict."
The costs remain low compared to court proceedings.
With the conviction that conflicts hold precious opportunities for growth, I accompany them in finding a sustainable and individual solution and developing clear strategies for action.
Private mediation:
100 € / 60 minutes

Mediation for companies:
150 € / 60 minutes
Every conflict is individual, therefore the length cannot be pre-determined. On average, the mediation process takes 3-5 sessions of 3 hours each.
